If you have experienced our Barre Intensity/Mix and are looking for an extra challenge, this advanced 75 minute class challenges even the most experienced athlete to push themselves to their fullest potential. This fun and exciting, advanced reformer class incorporates the jump board for most of the intense 55 minute workout. Jumping strengthens the body's musculoskeletal system without the impacts that other traditional cardio methods can produce. This class will not only flatten the abs and condition the entire body, but will also keep the heart rate elevated which is necessary for burning extra calories.
The Kinesis Wall is a revolutionary strength training system that enables free range of motion. This full-body workout combines elements of strength, flexibility, balance and cardio. In this class clients will concentrate on refining posture and form while perfecting the technique of each lengthening movement. This is a great place for clients pursuing higher endurance and for new or returning clients wanting to take their workout to the next level.
Jump to the beat! If you are looking for a pilates class that will help incorporate cardiovascular exercise into your routine, this class is for you! Use the reformer's jumpboard and creative choreography to increase your strength, coordination, and stamina to upbeat music. Expect to elevate your hear rate with leg strengthening exercises, creative stretches, and tough ab challenges. This class will ensure full body strengthening of the abdominals, legs, arms, and butt.
This reformer class incorporates the reformer and tower to challenge the body with different types of resistance. Resistance will help the body to tone and create long lean muscles without the bulk. Stretches are incorporated throughout the workout to ensure clients are lengthening their muscles after toning.
This open level class incorporates the use of props such as balls, bands, and rings with classical Pilates mat exercises to challenge and strengthen the entire body.
All levels are welcome! This 55 minute cardiovascular complete body workout combines strength building exercises using light weights, isometric movements, a ballet barre, and your own body weight for resistance. Students will us the ballet barre to focus on thighs, seat and abdominal muscles. Deep stretches are performed during class to create long lean muscles.
This 55 minute intense strength training workout incorporates the ideas of Barre Intensity and Pilates while sharing focus with strengthening, balance, endurance, and flexibility.
This sophisticated workout caters to clients 55 and older. It is great for beginners as well as seasoned Pilates practitioners. Treat yourself to a deluxe hour of stretching and lengthening created just for our pure and mature.

These 6 week sessions will challenge your child and allow them to express themselves creatively and actively. Each week kids will have a blast and learn to perform movements to upbeat music using mats, rings, balls, and more.
